Pea Hummus


INGREDIENTS

1 and 1/4 cup of frozen peas 

1 clove of garlic 

1 small handful of mint or parsley. roughly chopped

2 tablespoons of Creamy Hummus

1 tablespoon of Bestow Beauty Plus Oil (or Bestow Beauty Oil)

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of Bestow Beauty Powder

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon of himalayan salt

A little water if it is too thick

Suitable for:
Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner | Snack

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a bowl and blitz with a stick blender. Add water to thin if needed. Alternatively you could use a blender, food processor or just mash!

To turn the hummus into a dressing take half a cup and put in a jar with a little water, salt and pepper. Shake well to combine, add more water to suit.
