All orders are sent with signature required. If you’d prefer your parcel to be delivered without a signature, you can request this directly with the delivery provider using the link in your tracking email.

Our packing 'peanuts' are made from vegetable starch and are 100% compostable and biodegradable! Pop them in your recycling or in the compost - they'll dissolve when wet.

We can refund any returned products that are within 14 days of purchase, unopened with the tamper seal still intact, and returned in their original packaging, well-protected, i.e. Bestow box with packing filler. Any return received outside of 14 days will not be accepted for a refund and will be shipped back out.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

Please ensure your packing slip stays within the box so we can identify your return. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging and protection will not be accepted.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we take care with every return, we can’t guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Once we receive your returned order, we can process a full refund for the product back to the payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to show in your account. This takes into consideration the time to process the returned products, process the refund, and for the money to show depending on your bank.
