Under New Zealand consumer law, we only offer refunds, replacements or exchanges where a Product is faulty or an incorrect item has been supplied. These are available for orders placed within 30 days of purchase.
In addition, we offer a change-of-mind return option under the conditions outlined below.
Returns, refunds or exchanges are only available for Products purchased directly from bestowbeauty.com and are available to New Zealand customers only. If your item was purchased through a stockist, please contact them directly.
Change of Mind Returns We accept returns within 14 days of purchase where the Product is:
- Unopened, with the tamper seal intact
- In its original packaging
- Returned in a well-protected condition (e.g. Bestow box with packing filler)
Any return received outside of 14 days, or not meeting the above conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
To initiate a return: (a) Email us at info@bestowbeauty.com from the email address associated with your order (b) Include details of the Product you wish to return and the reason for the return
We may request further information or evidence (including photos) to assess your return request.

Please ensure your packing slip is included so we can identify your return.
Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Where a Product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we may arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
