Free NZ shipping on orders over $99 (calculated after discounts).

Orders under $99 incur an $8.50 shipping fee. Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day via NZ Post or Courier Post (signature required), with delivery typically within 1–3 days, including rural delivery.

Orders aren’t shipped on public holidays.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched, with a link to follow its progress within New Zealand.

If you can't find this email, please check your junk box or contact admin@janinetait.co.nz for assistance.

All orders are sent with signature required. If you’d prefer your parcel to be delivered without a signature, you can request this directly with the delivery provider using the link in your tracking email.

International shipping

Currently this online store delivers within New Zealand only. For ordering in Australia, switch to Bestow Australia store.

What is your packing filler made from?

Our packing 'peanuts' are made from vegetable starch and are 100% compostable and biodegradable! Pop them in your recycling or in the compost - they'll dissolve when wet.
