Hemp seed Provides an almost perfect balance of omega-3 and omega-6 for skin health. Contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) which helps calm redness, irritation, and hormonally influenced breakouts.

Is the Starter Duo suitable for sensitive or problem skin? Yes. Both formulas are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and compromised skin, and are beneficial for concerns such as acne, breakouts, rosacea and dry or flaky skin. 

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding? Omega Glow contains small amounts of GLA, but at low levels that are considered safe for pregnancy. Beauty Complex is suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding; however, should not replace a prenatal supplement. As best practice, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use.
