How your skin really learns to drink: through skin bathing

If there’s one practice I encourage every woman to embrace, it’s skin bathing - morning and night.

As our skin is naturally waterproof - water glides right off - skin bathing is the only way to hydrate its outer layer. And when you follow with your oils, serums and lotions, you seal that hydration in for 12 hours at a time.

How I skin bathe:

1. Warm water & soaking cloth in the basin

2. Press cloth gently into the face and neck

3. Slow breaths as the warmth softens and hydrates

4. Repeat a few times, then seal hydration in with product

A small moment of calm, twice a day - and one of the most powerful things you can do for healthy, glowing skin.
