Prep 15 mins / Cook 10 mins / Makes 20 balls
½ cup cacao powder
½ cup coconut oil, softened
1 cup coconut threads
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup 100% maple syrup or yacon syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and leave to thicken for 10 mins.
Spoon onto a tray lined with baking paper and freeze for 10 mins.
Store in fridge in an airtight container.
