The Graces Soothing Oil

Jojoba oil 
A liquid wax that closely resembles the skin's natural sebum. Helps balance oil production while delivering lightweight hydration and antioxidant protection. 

Avocado oil 
Rich in fatty acids and vitamin E to soften, smooth, and nourish dry or compromised skin. 

Raspberry seed oil 
Rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids — including linoleic acid, one of the most important EFAs for skin — helping to nourish sensitive skin while supporting barrier repair and hydration. 

Passionfruit seed oil 
Strengthens the skin's natural barrier and locks in moisture, leaving sensitive skin feeling calm and conditioned. 

Vitamin E 
A powerful antioxidant that helps protect the delicate oils in this formulation, preserving their potency and efficacy.

Can I use this with other skincare products? 
Yes, though how much you can layer depends on how sensitive your skin is at the start. Compromised skin has less capacity to process complexity than healthy skin, so if your skin is particularly reactive, keep it simple. Begin with The Graces Soothing Serum and Soothing Oil for a few weeks and let your skin's response guide you. If it feels settled and calm, you can gradually introduce other products. If not, return to the Soothing Duo until your skin is ready. 

Who is it suitable for? 
All sensitive skin types, including skin prone to acne, rosacea, eczema, and perioral dermatitis. For best results, use with The Graces Soothing Serum. 

How long before I see results? 
Many people notice calmer, more supple skin and reduced redness within one to two days. For deeper, lasting results, use alongside Bestow's internal formulas - Omega Glow and Beauty Complex - to strengthen and rebuild the skin from within. 

How long should I use it for? 
Use The Graces Soothing Oil exclusively for a minimum of three months, or longer if the skin is significantly damaged. 

What's the difference between the Soothing Serum and Soothing Oil? 
The serum is water-based, delivering calming, anti-inflammatory ingredients directly into the skin to treat redness and irritation. The oil is lipid-based, sealing that hydration in and helping rebuild the skin's natural barrier. Used together, the serum treats while the oil protects - apply serum first, oil second.  

Why apply to damp skin? 
Damp skin allows the oil to penetrate more effectively and seals moisture into the upper layers, keeping skin soft and soothed for longer. Hydrated skin is simply stronger, more resilient, and better able to protect itself. 

How will I know when my skin barrier has healed? 
You'll see it. Redness will calm, skin will feel soft and plump rather than tight and dry, and blemishes and inflammation will be noticeably improved. 

What products can I introduce once my skin barrier has healed? 
Introduce one new product at a time and let your skin guide you. If it reacts, return to the Soothing Oil and Soothing Serum until it settles, then try again. 

Cleanse
Massage one pump of a gentle cream cleanser or The Graces Soothing Oil into damp skin and remove with a warm, damp cloth to dissolve makeup, sunscreen and daily buildup without stripping the skin.

Bathe
Immerse your Bestow Bathing Cloth in warm water, wring out excess water, and gently press onto the skin for five deep breaths. Repeat three times to soften the skin and encourage deeper hydration.

Hydrate
Massage one to two pumps of The Graces Hydrating or Soothing Serum evenly over the face to restore hydration and support overnight skin repair.

Treat
If using The Graces Brightening Lotion, apply one to two pumps now to help refine skin tone and support a brighter, more radiant complexion over time.

Moisturise
Immediately massage one pump of The Graces Nourishing or Soothing Oil into the skin to lock in hydration and replenish the skin barrier overnight. Alternatively, finish with your usual moisturiser.
